I love this practice. The medical team and the staff are rock stars. Always helpful, clear and never over charged. I always know how much I will pay. Not only that, I am clear as to my treatment. Both Drs there are supper patience and always have answers to all of my questions. I had a couple of implants, and crowns done, with no complains.

Was here for a cavity fill-up today on wisdom tooth. Dr. Liao did a great job!! She made sure that there was no pain and ensured that the Anesthesia was in effect before proceeding with the procedure. Dr. Estrella and Dr. Liao are the best in the town !! Noemi is THE best dental hygenist - “light hands” yet I feel the cleanest set of teeth afterwards. Dawn, the practice manager, is so knowledgeable, uber patient and helpful with all the dental insurance best approach. Dr Estrella and staff are top notch! Love Dr Liao’s gentle touch. The entire dental staff are all just the best group!!! I came in for an implant and a tissue needed to be removed, Dr. Liao had this brand new Gemini Diode Laser used to remove tissue overgrowth and healed the very next day!!! It was simply amazing!!! My entire family loves Helix Dental! Thanks!

I had a great experience at Helix dental. I travel a lot for work so I thought it would be more convenient for me to schedule my routine check up and cleaning while traveling. Helix did not turn me down because I am from out of town. Their service is great. The hygienist was really gentle with her work and make sure I felt comfortable. Dr. Liao carefully reviewed my x-day and let me know about her concerns and ask me to make sure to bring those concerns to my regular dentist when I get home. Since I travel for work quite a bit, I will be sure to visit them again next time.

Very professional and honest dentist, who told me I had a tooth with gum problem, and the only thing I can do is to clean it up after each meal. My previous dentists never told me the problem was the gum. Instead they charged me a lot by replacing the old crown for the tooth.

I had a super experience the other day. I was having a tooth pulled and I am such a chicken. Here I am sitting on my hands, eyes closed and praying it doesn't hurt. Well, I am still waiting for Dr. Estrella to pull the tooth and getting nervous cause nothing is happening. Guess what, he had already pulled the tooth. I can not begin to tell you how happy I was. My first time seeing Dr. Liao was by chance in 2012. I had a emergency problem with my tooth and she was the only dentist I could find in my area that was willing to take me on short notice after 5pm. I've since moved 45 mins away from Helix Dental and I continue to go because of the excellent service and availability. The staff is friendly and makes you feel at home. I highly reccommend Dr. Liao. She is kind and informative--and those two qualities make me feel at ease when sitting in the chair.

Helix Dental gets Five stars across the board. I've been going to them for almost 2 yrs now. It is a bit of a drive, but sooo worth it. They've done my cleanings, fillings and most recently Dr. E pulled out my wisdom tooth and everything went great from start to finish. The office staff (Stephanie, Dawn, & Darlene) they are great with making you feel at ease. Great place, great people. :)

I haven't been to this dentist in years I went back to my old dentist closer to home. If anyone is looking for a modern practice I would say go here the office and equipment used is very now they did a good job on my fillings and the cleaning I received was so good but I had an abcess and the tooth needed to be removed I found that this dentist was so rough pulling that tooth out even with pain meds given after the fact I would say I suffered pain for at least a month. While they did great work in the end and the office is very nice I had to go back to my dentist who may not have the top of the line equipment but he is very gentle and very concerned about his patients level of comfort.

Best experience at a dental office that I ever had. I have a real phobia when it comes to dental work and Dr. Estrella put most of that to rest. I will never go anywhere else. I truly recommend anyone to come here who has had bad experiences in the past with other dentists. This office is gentle and caring from Dawn greeting you to Stephanie who stays by your side the entire time.

I just went for my initial evaluation and cleaning. Both dentists (a husband and wife team) and staff were very friendly and professional. The check up went smoothly and I appreciated the thorough yet gentle cleaning. The dentists gave me some recommendations for mouth guard and orthodontic work, but they didn't pressure me in any way, which I appreciated. I thought the equipment was state of the art, and everyone was very organized. They take my dental insurance (Aetna), and they were upfront about costs for suggested procedures. I would definitely recommend this practice.

Let me start by saying that this office is EXCELLENT! From the time you walk in and are greeted by the staff, to discussing treatment options available to you to how you will be paying for your treatment this office is excellent! I have had to get a tooth pulled for quite sometime and let me tell you I worried myself sick for nothing because Dr. E was amazing.... also his assistant was very sympathetic to me. Working in the medical field you know from the beginning wether they are interested in patient care or are just there to make a quick buck.... they have a patient for life. I am extremely pleased with office.... GOOD JOB GUYS!!!

I had not been to a dentist in five years before visiting Helix Dental last year. The staff could not have been more helpful and professional. From my initial discussion with the receptionist to schedule my appointment to my examination with Dr. Anita. My most recent visit with Dr. Rafael was also fantastic. Dr. Rafael and his assistant, Diana, we're terrific and made for another very pleasant experience. I would strongly recommend this expert team to anyone interested in receiving outstanding care.

I had called my regular dentist on Friday afternoon bc I broke a filling and I was in pain. The best appointment they could give me was not until Monday. I was very disappointed and frustrated, since I have had the same dentist for more than 10 years now. However, Helix Dental was able to fit me in and repair my filling right after work Friday evening! I was so greatful, as I could now enjoy the rest of my weekend pain free. The entire staff was very knowledgeable and super friendly. The office was clean and comfortable, and even had tv's over all the chairs so you could watch while getting worked on! I would definitely recommend this office!

They are the BEST! Extremely knowledgeable, professional and courteous. I has flossed the night before n found 2 huge pieces of my back tooth now in my hand. To my surprise, most dentist's were not open on Fridays. However, Helix Dental had an opening at 2:00 for what I thought was going to be a tooth extraction. I called, n due to the urgency of the matter, their staff took me early at 11:15. Dr. Anita Liao started working on me right away. State of the art technology, she addressed pictures to problem areas of concern and her advice as to how to proceed with priority made all the difference. Turned out she cld save the tooth. They give you 110 percent of themselves and make the time to explain everything in detail, with logic, in layman's terms so you can understand. I consider myself very fortunate to have found Helix Dental with Doctor Rafael Estrella and his wife Dr. Anita Liao. They care for you as if you were a member of their family, as does their staff. I would highly recommend Helix Dental for your next visit, as you have nothing to lose, yet everything to gain by being in such good hands.

I've been to Helix twice now and so far I'm very impressed. This time I had a very sore tooth and the hygienist did a good job or probing for the problem, which turned out to be very difficult to see. Once she found it, she and the dentist were careful not to touch it to avoid causing me any unnecessary pain. They also did a great job explaining what they were doing and what problems my teeth had. They even showed me photographs of my cavities which was very cool. Normally going to the dentist makes me nervous, but the staff at Helix are all the staff are so warm and friendly it puts me right at ease.
